In this HR management system project for a factory with at least one thousand employees, the administrator has the capability to add roles and assign staff members to handle specific roles and permissions within the application.

Employees can be added with their respective designations and groups. Subsequently, timetables can be defined for each group, allowing for the rotation of day and night shifts. Attendance for each employee can be recorded either through the application form or by importing data in Excel format. Furthermore, administrators can check the attendance and timetables of each employee.

Users with permission to generate invoices for each employee can add, edit, and manage invoices for individual employees, as well as print or download a zip file containing the invoices. Additionally, they can add details such as loans, deductions (e.g., late fines, missing fingerprint fines), and home rent listings for employees. They can also log the history of employee or group mistakes, both with and without associated fines.
